The UV Curing Oven is a compact 246 x 282 x 410mm UV LED curing chamber that can provide high intensity UV irradiance up to 250mW/cm2 for fast curing. Featuring a digital controller, UV light intensity can be fixed between 10% and 99% with adjustable exposure times ranging from 1 second to 100 minutes. UV reflective panels in the curing chamber provide homogeneity greater than 85% on the irradiated surface for reliable and repeatable UV emission. The UV Curing Oven is ideal for a wide range of bonding, curing, drying, hardening, and photolithography applications. A UV protection system between the lamp and the door avoids unwanted UV exposure by shutting off the UV illumination if the door is open.
