TECHSPEC® Unmounted Fluorescence Bandpass Filters는 일반 형광단의 여기(excitation) 및 방출(emission) 파장과 일치하는 중심 파장과 대역폭으로 설계되었습니다. 이 필터는 투과 대역 내에서 최대 93%가 넘는 높은 투과율을 비롯해 투과 대역 밖에서는 OD 6.0이 넘는 높은 차단율을 특징으로 함에 따라 형광 이미징 시스템에 사용 시 고대비 이미지를 생성합니다. 이와 더불어 낮은 투과 웨이브프론트 에러로 이미지의 왜곡을 최소화하여 이미지 품질을 한층 더 향상시켜줍니다. TECHSPEC® Unmounted Fluorescence Bandpass Filters는 12.5 또는 25mm 직경으로 제공되며, 중합효소 연쇄반응(PCR) 테스트 플랫폼, DNA 염기서열 분석기, 형광 검출기, 유세포 분석기, 형광 이미징 시스템과 같은 생명과학 및 바이오테크 기기에 결합해서 사용하기 적합합니다.
