TECHSPEC® Lateral Displacement Beamsplitters는 일정한 거리에서 입사빔을 두 개의 평행빔으로 출력하는 데 사용됩니다. 이 빔스플리터는 λ/8 right angle prism에 정밀 rhomboid prism이 접합되어 있는 구조를 이룹니다. 또한 정밀 허용 오차로 설계되어 출사빔이 2 arcmin 이내로 평행성을 갖도록 합니다. 입사 및 출사면에는 효율성 향상을 위해 다층의 무반사(AR) 코팅 처리가 되어 있습니다. 코팅은 편광 및 비편광으로 이용이 가능합니다.
