매크로 이미징 렌즈 Schneider 광학 라인은 다양한 머신 비전과 매크로 이미징용도에 적합합니다. 30mm에서 108mm까지 범위의 이미지 서클을 만들 수 있는 이 렌즈는 더 큰 배열 사이즈와 높은 해상력의 라인 스캔 센서 용도로 쉽게 사용이 가능합니다. 본래 더 짧은 working distance를 위해 디자인된 매크로 렌즈는 비슷한 스펙의 다른 렌즈들 보다 원하는 resolution에서 더 나은 contrast를 만들어 냅니다. 최상의 이미지 품질을 유지하면서 사용할 수 있는 배율 범위를 늘리기 위해 reversible이 가능하도록 디자인되었습니다.

각 렌즈 시스템은 3개의 주요 부품으로 이루어져 있습니다. 첫 째는 구체적인 용도에 맞는 원하는 초점거리의 렌즈입니다. 둘 째는 다른 Helical Focal mount 3개 중 하나이며 센서 사이즈에 알맞도록 시스템의 초점을 정밀하게 조절합니다. 다음은 여러 종류의 extension tube는 이미지와 물체 사이 거리를 구합니다. Helical focusing mount와 원하는 length에 따라서 extension tube 선택을 할수 있습니다. Extension tube는 여러 가지를 합쳐서 원하는 특수 거리도 가능합니다. 마지막으로 특정 카메라 마운팅 옵션은 원하는 카메라에 맞게 연결하기 위하여 필요합니다.

렌즈 옵션은 렌즈 양면에 있는 special V-mount와 잘 맞으며 이는 3 세트의 focus tubes와 부착이 가능합니다.

Unifoc-12 focusing tube를 위한 UniFoc-12와 extension tubes는 동일한 V-mount를 제공합니다. 이 제품들을 이용하려면 아래에 있는 lens adapter와 카메라에 UniFoc-12 system을 적용해야합니다.

UniFoc-58와 UniFoc-76는 threaded focus tube이며 V-mount lens를 마운트하기 위한 adapter가 필요합니다. UniFoc-58은 M42x0.75 thread를 제공하는 반면에 UniFoc-76은 M58x0.75 thread를 제공합니다. UniFoc-76은 M58x0.75 thread를 제공합니다. UniFoc-76은 M72x0.75 thread용 adapter와 같이 사용하며 vignetting 현상을 피하도록 large sensor를 위해 tube 직경을 증가시킵니다. M72 extension tubes는 반드시 이러한 adapter와 함께 사용하시기 바랍니다.
