Coherent® Beam Position Sensing Thermopile Power Sensors는 다양한 continuous wave laser또는 pulsed laser의 평균 파워 또는 에너지를 측정하도록 설계된 다목적 센서입니다. Coherent Beam Position Sensing Thermopile Power Sensors는 quadrant thermopile detector disk를 사용해 detector surface에서의 레이저 빔 위치를 감지하고 레이저 파워를 측정합니다. Coherent thermopile sensor는 광범위한 입력 파워에 걸쳐 작동할 수 있으며, 포화(saturation)하지 않습니다.
