Coherent Beam Position Sensing Thermopile Power Sensors는 quadrant thermopile detector disk를 사용해 detector surface에서의 레이저 빔 위치를 감지하고 레이저 파워를 측정합니다. Coherent thermopile sensor는 광범위한 입력 파워에 걸쳐 작동할 수 있으며, 포화(saturation)하지 않습니다.
